Order Changes

Need to make changes to your order? Please submit a request as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Size Changes

Size changes must be requested within 48 hours of purchase.

After production has started, we may not be able to accommodate size changes.

Shipping Address Changes

Shipping address changes can only be made before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Design or Color Changes

Requests for design, color, or customisation changes should be submitted as soon as possible.

Changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

For cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours, a 15% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

As all AVRY pieces are handmade to order, orders that have entered production may not be eligible for cancellation.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
