Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At AVRY, we create handmade rave outfits, fantasy corset sets, and ethereal festival fashion in limited quantities. Please read our returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
14-Day Returns & Exchanges Policy
We offer a 14-day returns and exchanges policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
For example, if the tracking information shows that your order was delivered on the 10th, you may request a return or exchange before the 24th.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
This includes custom-sized fantasy corset sets, personalized rave outfits, handmade made-to-order pieces, and any item produced specifically for your order.
Because these pieces are created individually for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to size changes, personal preference, event cancellation, or change of mind.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.
Eligible non-custom handmade rave outfits must be returned in original condition with all tags, labels, packaging, and accessories included.
All products sold as a set must be returned together. Partial returns for fantasy corset sets, festival fashion sets, or matching accessories cannot be refunded separately.
Order Cancellation
We support order cancellations before the order has been dispatched or before production has started.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@avry.uk
Most AVRY pieces are handmade or made to order. Cancellations or amendments can only be accepted within 48 hours of placing the order.
After this period, your handmade rave outfit or fantasy corset set may already be in production. Once production begins, we are unable to cancel or amend the order.
If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
After an order is refunded or cancelled, the payment will be returned to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Contact us at [official@avry.uk](mailto:official@avry.uk) and request a return or exchange.
2. Please include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and the reason for your return or exchange.
3. We will review your request within 48 hours.
4. If your request is approved, we will send you return instructions by email.
5. You must send the return package within 7 days after your return request has been approved.
6. If you choose your own courier, please email us the tracking number after shipping the return package.
7. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return package has been received and processed.
8. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will begin processing your refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Free from perfume, smoke, make-up, deodorant marks, stains, or bodily fluids
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging where possible
- Returned with all accessories, matching pieces, and set components included
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items showing signs of wear or damage, including tears, rips, missing embellishments, fabric damage, stains, odours, make-up marks, deodorant marks, or any other visible damage.
Worn or damaged products may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality issue:
* Custom or personalized products
* Made-to-order fantasy corset sets
* Gift cards
* Final sale items
* Accessories
* Items returned worn, damaged, washed, or without original tags
* Items returned without prior return approval
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed quality issue or an error on our side.
If the return is due to personal reasons, including ordering the wrong size, choosing a size that does not fit, change of mind, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
